YES, i will make any type of skin whether it be a meme or not, i treat these the same as my other art.
A color palette would be preferred but not necessary to be provided.

There will be no refunds once payment has been sent. that is non negotiable. That being said, you must pay after I have accepted the commission.
I will not begin drawing until I have received payment.
I DO NOT HAVE PAYPAL, DO NOT ASK TO SEND ME MONEY THROUGH THERE.
References are preferred for canon characters, but required for OCs. Feel free to give as much detail as you see fit (within how appropriate it is.)
Updates will be sent throughout the drawing process, feel free to request changes and work with me!
All my art may be used ONLY for non-commercial use, and credit is required to be given if my art is to be posted anywhere else.
